How it's Kept

Logged, Not Launched

Every piece gets a reference number the day it's made — not a season name. Nothing expires when the next drop lands.

Small Runs

Most entries are made in batches of 50–150. Once a run is logged as closed, it's closed.

Never Re-entered

Once a reference number is closed, it stays closed. Every entry is produced once, then retired from the record — nothing is restocked or reissued.

One Colour Story

Black, white, and the undyed cloth in between. The record stays legible across every entry.

Shipping

All orders are processed once payment has been completed in full.

  • Full payment must be made before your order is shipped.
  • Shipping costs are covered by the buyer (except Cash On Delivery for the Parung, Kabupaten Bogor, West Java area).
  • Orders will only be dispatched after payment has been successfully confirmed.
  • Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order.

Once the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery time and handling are subject to the courier's process.

Returns

Every item is carefully inspected through our quality control process before being shipped.

  • Orders cannot be exchanged or returned once they have been shipped.
  • Returns are only accepted for products that are confirmed to have manufacturing defects identified through our quality check.
  • Please contact us immediately if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect.

Are Rated Archive products limited?

Yes. Our products are produced in limited quantities. Availability depends on each release.

Will sold-out products be reproduced?

No. Once a product has been archived and sold out, it will not be reproduced or restocked.

Can I exchange my order after it has been shipped?

No. Orders cannot be exchanged once they have been shipped. Returns are only considered for confirmed manufacturing defects identified through our quality control process.

How do I place an order?

Select the available product, choose your preferred size or variant, and complete the payment process. Your order will be processed once payment has been confirmed.

When will my order be shipped?
